"Finding the right Dr. for your pet like finding one for yourself can be challenging, disappointing and even exhausting, so if you are looking for a Dermatologist I highly recommend Dr. Mel and his staff.  He and is team were responsive to my initial inquiry, they were timely for my appointment.  Dr Mel listened to my 'story' about my little girl basset and he was attentive and gentle in his approach to her, including sitting on the floor with the both of us.  He made sure I knew I could reach him should I have any questions and he has simply followed up on his own to see how things are progressing.  Very professional, efficient,kind and caring, just what I wanted!
